VetMedics, Inc. collects personal information only for the purposes stated in its Privacy Policy and limits this collection to what is necessary to achieve its objectives. This Privacy Policy applies to any personal information processed by VetMedics, Inc., including on our websites, mobile applications and other online or offline offerings.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with us, our Services, and the requirements of applicable law, we collect various categories of personal information. This includes information that you provide to us directly, information that is collected automatically when you use our Services, and information from other sources such as third-party services and organizations.
A. Information You Provide to Us Directly
- Account Profile Creation: We gather your name, any photos or content you upload, mailing address, email address, phone number, username, password, and other details that you provide to us directly through the Service.
- Pet Information: When using our Services, we may collect information about your pet such as its name, age, location, species, and breed. We can also gather additional details that will help us identify it to veterinarians or other people such as its microchip ID. Moreover, we may also collect medical and wellness data, care info and other relevant information concerning your pet.
- Purchases: We may collect personal information associated with purchases made on our Services, such as payment information. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors and we do not directly store any payment card details entered through our Services. However, we may receive related information (e.g., billing details). If you are a Veterinarian Provider, we may need to collect your bank account details in order to pay you for your services. For this purpose, we work with service providers that handle this data on our behalf.
- Surveys: By participating in our surveys, we may collect demographic information about you including your age, marital status, and gender.
- Interactive Features: Our interactive features, such as messaging and chat features, video features, commenting functionalities, forums, blogs, and social media pages may collect personal information from you. This information is considered “public” unless otherwise required by applicable law and is not subject to the privacy protections provided. If you visit our website, we may also collect information about your browser including your IP address or other device identifying information; browser type; browser language; date and time of request; one or more cookies that can uniquely identify your device; as well as any data obtained through the use of cookies, flash cookies web beacons or embedded script.
- Chat Logs, Video and Audio Recordings: We may store and keep records of your text messages, chat logs, video recordings of meetings with our Licensed Vet Techs and Doctors of Veterinary Medicine, and interactions with other users who use our Services, such as Pet Service Providers. Additionally, other users may provide information about you when they submit content through the Services. This could include being mentioned in a live or recorded visit or meeting.
- Conferences, Trade Shows, and Other Events: We may collect personal information from individuals when we attend conferences, trade shows, and other events, any sweepstakes, or contests that we offer. In some jurisdictions, we are required to publicly share information of sweepstakes and contest winners.
- Business Development and Strategic Partnerships: We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.
- Job Applications: If you are interested in applying for a job with us, you can submit your contact information and resume online. We may then use the details provided on your resume, such as educational qualifications and work history, to evaluate your application.
Information Collected Automatically
- Automatic Data Collection: When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain information such as your IP address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, location information (including approximate location derived from IP address), and Internet service provider. Additionally, we may also collect data regarding your use of our Services such as which pages you visited before and after using the Services, what kind of content you interacted with and how frequently or for how long. During a telehealth audio or video visit or communication we may also collect username logs data text transcripts photographs images and videos. Any video email messaging chat phone or text visit or communication will be recorded and archived.

We may use Technologies such as cookies, pixel tags/web beacons, and local storage, as well as third-party content providers and advertisers, to gather information automatically when you use our Services.
- Cookies: Cookies are small snippets of data stored in your browser that can enhance your shopping experience, like sending you notifications about items in your cart via email or SMS.
- Pixel Tags: Pixel tags (also known as web beacons) are pieces of code embedded in our Services that collect information about user engagement. - Request for services can be accessed via the Time to Pet mobile application. All information obtained from these sites is kept secure through their respective privacy policies.

We may record and store these visits and communications for training and quality control purposes. Additionally, we may disclose these visits and communications for any purpose outlined in Section 3 of our agreement.
- Third-Party Websites/Applications:
Our Services may include links to other websites/applications, and these third-party services may also refer or link to our Services. However, we do not control these sites and cannot be held responsible for their privacy practices or content. We recommend that users read the privacy policies of any website or application they interact with before providing any personal information. Please note that submitting personal data to third-party websites or applications is done at your own risk.
- Updates to our Privacy Policy:
